Common questions
How do I invite someone to my circle?
Go to the Circle tab and tap Invite. Add their name, then share the personal link by text, WhatsApp or email. They join your circle once they open it and accept.
Can I set up recurring care requests?
Not yet — each request is one-off for now. We're working on repeating ones.
What happens if a helper cancels?
You get a notification right away and the request goes back out to the rest of your circle so someone else can step in. If it's less than a day before, it's marked urgent. Nobody is confirmed until you choose them.
How do I add multiple pets?
From Profile → Add pet. Each pet gets their own profile, care card and handoff checklist. When you ask for help, you pick which pet it's for.
Who can see my information?
Your circle sees your name, photo and your pets' care cards. Your phone number and address are only shown to you. Care photos and updates are only seen by you and the helper on that plan.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → your name → Personal info → Delete account. It removes your profile, pets, circle, plans and photos for good. Plans you were helping with go back out to the owner's circle.
Your data
Read our privacy policyto see what we collect and who can see it. To delete your account and everything in it, open Fetchly → Profile → your name → Personal info → Delete account. Can’t sign in? Email us from the address you signed up with and we’ll delete it for you.
